Salary: 7000-9000 yuan/month

Job responsibilities:

1. Implement production early and late every day, and inform employees about production precautions, target quantity and loss rate;

2. Regular monthly performance assessment of employees, key work stations and multi-function worker training;

3. Daily output, production efficiency, and timely handling of anomalies, daily affairs;

4. Rationalization of process improvement, implementation of production line balance, optimization of bottleneck station processes, smooth production of production lines, and participation in machine optimization and improvement with technical departments;

5. Control the production process to reduce costs, losses, and reduce the cost/scrap rate;

6. Maintenance and supervision of 7S environment on site;

7. Supervision of work discipline at the production site and supervision of industrial safety;

8. Control per capita productivity and efficiency improvement;

9. Organize and implement weekly, monthly, quarterly, mid-year and year-end inventory.

Job Requirements:

1. Secondary school, high school or above;

2.3 years production site management experience with line;

3. Proficient in office software and ERP software;

4. Flexible coping ability, strong persuasion, education, organization ability;

5. Steadfast and diligent, dedicated, full of team spirit;

6. Cheerful, active, strong execution.
