Customer service: 1

Salary: 6000-9000 yuan/month

Job responsibilities:

1. Receive orders, confirm production progress, track delivery, and arrange delivery according to customer requirements;

2. Assisted sales, applied for customer samples and tracked, and timely reported work progress to sales;

3. Accepting and tracking customer complaints, closing cases, investigating and improving customer satisfaction;

4. Provide data support and assistance for business analysis of sales status and development of sales plans;

5. Internal operation process of the department, review various daily reports and handle abnormal situations.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above; More than 1 year working experience in customer service or sales;

2. Familiar with connectors, cable components, antenna industry is preferred;

3. Patient and careful, cheerful personality, strong expression and communication skills.
