Head of health management Section: 1

Salary: 10,000-13,000 yuan/month

Job responsibilities:

1. Make overall planning for personnel, machinery and materials of each business unit and review the rationality regularly;

2. Follow up major projects to smooth mass production;

3. Customer or third party audit response;

4. Communication and coordination between relevant units in case of major anomalies;

5. Division of work responsibilities and daily work supervision within the department;

6. Summary and analysis of weekly and monthly reports within the department;

7. Overall deployment and training of personnel within the department.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. Wiring harness or connector industry related planning experience more than 5 years;

3. Have relatively comprehensive system knowledge and third-party or customer audit experience;

4. Strong experience in major project management;

5. Have the ability of team management and training subordinates;

6. Proficient in ERP system operations;

7. Good statistical analysis and work report summary ability;

8. Have good quality and cost, delivery management ability.
